The Moonlight Peaks Treasure Hunt, or Elvira’s Treasure Hunt, is a side quest that sends you on a clue-finding mission. The quest becomes available after you unlock four hearts with Elvira. Then, you must decipher five clues and figure out the locations. At the end of the quest, you obtain the Treasure Hunt Painting, which you can display in your house.
How to Complete the Moonlight Peaks Treasure Hunt Quest
To trigger the Treasure Hunt quest, you must raise your reputation with Elvira to four hearts. Keep showering Elvira with her favorite Moonlight Peaks gifts such as Red Roses, Milkshakes, and Diamonds. If her loved items are hard to come by, you can give her any kind of Flowers and Cupcakes. After the four-hearts event, wait for one day and check your mailbox. Elvira’s letter holds the first clue. To complete the Treasure Hunt quest, you need to find the five clues, leading to the treasure location.
How to Find Elvira’s Treasure Hunt Clue Locations
Clue #1 Location: The Broken Lamp
Enter the Broken Lamp and find the first clue on the ground, between the shelves on the right.
Clue #2 Location: Graveyard
Go to the left side of the Graveyard, cross the bridge, and head south. Search for the second Moonlight Peaks Treasure Hunt clue on the bat-shaped tomb.
Clue #3 Location: Webb of Wonders
Go to the Webb of Wonders shop and search the pottery station on the right for the third clue.
Clue #4 Location: Cave of Echoes
Enter the Cave of Echoes and head right to find Elvira’s fourth clue next to the tombstone.
Clue #5 Location: Khazan Temple
Go to the Khazan Temple and follow the path to the right to find the fifth and last clue.
Open the chest and add the Treasure Hunt Painting to your Moonlight Peaks house decorations collection. Feel free to display the painting to remind you of Elvira and her quest.
