The Reanimal Cannon Puzzle is a mandatory game progression puzzle in Chapter 6. You cannot go any further unless you discover the console code to collect ammo for the cannon. The bunker is also where you collect a Reanimal poster and unlock the Secret Bunker trophy.
How to Solve the Reanimal Cannon Puzzle in Chapter 6
Chapter 6: Nobody Left Behind starts in a dark bunker with an inoperative control panel. You must activate the terminal and solve the Cannon Puzzle to continue the game. Exit through the door on the right side of the bunker and interact with the generator to restore power to the terminal.
The lights are now on, meaning that the console works. Return to the main room and take the binoculars and examine the left side of the island to spot a crate with a dot pattern.
Interact with the console to recreate the code on the crate. Input the code by pressing the buttons from left to right:
- Press the first button twice.
- Press the third button once.
- Press the fourth button twice.
Once the lights on the console match the code on the crate, interact with the lever on the right. Wait a moment for the machine to verify the code, then take a look outside the window with the binoculars. An ammo crate was just dropped off. You will need the shells to progress the game and to unlock the Non-Cannonical achievement.
How to Unlock the Secret Bunker Trophy
The Reanimal Cannon Puzzle is solved, but don’t leave it. Before leaving the bunker to continue the story, input this code and the computer will print out a Reanimal poster. The Secret Bunker trophy will unlock after you use the code for the poster.
